Matcha white hot chocolate recipe

Ingredients + equipment (makes 1 medium drink): 

- 28% White hot chocolate flakes
- 200ml of dairy or plant-based milk
- Matcha
- A chocolate shaker
- Ice cubes
- 3-5 small scoops of soft scoop ice cream (for milkshakes)
- A glass

Instructions:

Start by making a small hot chocolate. Add milk up to level 2 in your shaker (about 100ml), then add 5 teaspoons of 28% White chocolate flakes.

Put the shaker in the microwave (without the lid) for half a minute. Or, you can heat your milk on the hob and add it to the flakes in the shaker.

Put the lid on the shaker, making sure the top is pressed down, and then secure the lid fully. Shake for 10 seconds or until all the flakes melt.

Add half a teaspoon of matcha - or more depending on your taste - then top up with cold milk.

For iced chocolates - Add some ice cubes to your shaker, give your drink another quick shake, then pour and enjoy.

For milkshakes - Add 3 small scoops of ice cream, shake and then taste. You can add more ice cream depending on your taste preferences. Make sure to add small scoops or teaspoons of ice cream so that it melts properly.
