Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully. By accessing or using this website or mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the website. Knoops may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes. These Terms include disclaimers that limit our liability.

These Terms govern your use of all Knoops websites, mobile applications, and services within the United Arab Emirates. They do not override any other agreements you may have with Knoops for products or services. In case of conflict between these Terms and other terms posted on our sites, these Terms will prevail. For third- party websites linked from ours, separate terms of use may apply.

Knoops strives to provide accurate and timely information but does not guarantee that all content is current or complete. We may notify you of updates to these Terms via electronic means, including website postings.

Eligibility

The website is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. Users between 13 and 18 must access the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Subject to these Terms, Knoops grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use the site for personal purposes.

Infringement Notice

If you believe any material on our sites infringes on your copyright, please notify us at hello@knoops.ae. Knoops will remove any unlawful or infringing material promptly and may terminate users who repeatedly infringe others’ intellectual property rights.

Acceptable Use

Your use of the website must comply with applicable laws and respect the rights of others. Prohibited uses include (but are not limited to) harassment, unlawful activity, unauthorized access, and spamming. Knoops reserves the right to terminate accounts and take legal action if users violate these Terms.

User Content

Knoops is not responsible for content posted by you or third parties. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content complies with these Terms. By posting, you grant Knoops a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute your content. Knoops is not liable for user conduct or content posted.

Links to Third-Party Sites

You may create hyperlinks to our site for non-commercial purposes, provided they do not misrepresent Knoops. You may not use Knoops’s logos or trademarks without permission. We are not responsible for third-party sites linked to our website.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Knoops, its affiliates, and employees from any claims arising from your use of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of others’ rights.

Refund Policy

In compliance with UAE law, Knoops offers refunds for defective or damaged goods within 14 days of receipt. To qualify, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 working days via the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was damaged or faulty upon receipt. For custom or personalized products, refunds are not applicable unless there is a defect.

Shipping Policy

Knoops provides delivery services across the UAE. Delivery times and charges may vary based on your location. Estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of purchase. We strive to ensure timely delivery, but delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. If a delay is anticipated, we will notify you as soon as possible. Upon delivery, please inspect your order. If any damage or missing items are found, notify us within 24 hours. Knoops is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Warranties; Disclaimers

Knoops provides the site and its contents “as is” and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted. You use the site at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

Knoops is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data. Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the website. These limitations do not apply to death or personal injury caused by Knoops’s negligence or fraud under UAE law.

World Chocolate Day Giveaway

The giveaway is open to residents of the UAE aged 18 years or older. Employees of Knoops, their immediate family members, or anyone otherwise connected to the company are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter: To enter, participants must: Follow @knoops.uae on Instagram, like the giveaway post, Tag a friend in the comments. Each tag counts as one entry, and multiple comments are allowed.

The giveaway opens at the time of posting and closes at 13:00 GST on 10/07/25. Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The winners will be announced on 010/07/25 via @knoops.uae’s Instagram story and contacted via direct message.

Each winner will need to download the Knoops app to claim their prize. Their account will be allowed one free drink per day until September 8th, 2025. Cannot be extended, transferred, or exchanged for cash.

Winners must respond to the direct message within 48 hours to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within this timeframe, Knoops reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

By entering the giveaway, participants agree that their name and/or Instagram handle may be used in promotional materials, including social media announcements.

Knoops reserves the right to disqualify any entries suspected of fraudulent activity.

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram.

Knoops reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time if necessary.
