Our story
Our Founder and Chocolate sommelier, Jens Knoop, began sharing his passion for hot chocolate when he opened the first Knoops in Rye, East Sussex. Since then, Knoops stores have been opened across the UK – and now the first international store in Dubai's Mirdif Mall.
The Knoops concept is based around our carefully curated % chocolate menu, sourced from around the globe for their distinct tasting notes. From creamy, sweet 28% White chocolate all the way up to rich, cacao 100% Extra dark.
